The Simple Daily Page That Helps You Hold It All Together (Free Printable!)
Feeling like your days are running away from you? Between work, family, errands, and those little things that just pop up, it’s easy for our plans and priorities to get lost in the shuffle. I’ve been there too. That’s why I designed this Daily Planner, not as another complicated system, but as a single, simple page to help you catch your breath and take control of your day, one hour at a time.
Why This Daily Planner Exists:
I wanted something clean, flexible, and kind to my printer ink. Something I could quickly grab in the morning with my coffee, scribble on, check off, and feel that little boost of accomplishment at the end of the day. This two-per-page design is my answer, and I’m so happy to share it with you for free.
What’s on the Page:
Print it on standard US Letter paper, cut down the dotted line in the middle, and you get two full daily sheets. Each one gives you space to breathe and plan in a smart grey-black design that won’t drain your color cartridge:
- Your Day, Hour by Hour: A timeline from 6:00 AM to Midnight so you can block out appointments, work tasks, school runs, and, just as importantly, time for yourself.
- Today’s Non-Negotiables: A short “Important” list right at the top for the 2-3 things that must get done, no matter what.
- Your Master Task List: “Things To Do” section with checkboxes. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of checking something off!
- Space for Everything Else: A “Notes” box for that brilliant idea, a quick sketch, a phone number, or a reminder to buy milk.
Who It’s For:
- Parents & Homeschoolers juggling lessons, activities, and household chaos.
- Teachers planning their day before the students rush in.
- Students who need to balance homework, projects, and their social life.
- Anyone who just wants to feel a bit more grounded and a little less scattered.
How to Start Using It:
- Download the file below (it’s really free, no strings attached).
- Print a copy on your regular paper. See how it feels! Cardstock is great if you want it to last in a binder.
- Cut along the dotted line to get two separate days.
- Start your morning by filling in the “Important” section first. Then glance at your calendar and pencil in your hourly schedule. Use the task list for everything else.
- Pat yourself on the back at the end of the day for what you got done.
